Coverage:

Accidental Damages to Bicycle Components

Benefits:

Accidental Damage to Components: We cover the costs of repair or replacement of components of bicycles owned by Enjoy Bike Garage S.L.U. in the event of accidental damages.

Exclusions:

This policy does not cover intentional damages, theft, or frame breakage.

In the case of frame breakage, the cost would not be for a new one but for the repair. The cost of such repair would range between €150 and €250 in general, potentially reaching up to €400 in some exceptional cases.

Coverage Period:

The policy is effective from the moment the bicycle is picked up until its return, provided it is returned on the day specified in the contract and within the store hours.

General Conditions:

The general conditions of the policy include timely notification of claims, full cooperation in the investigation, and compliance with the requirements set by Enjoy Bike Garage S.L.U.

Agreement:

Both parties, the insurer Enjoy Bike Garage S.L.U. and the policyholder, agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
