1. All bookings require full payment in advance to confirm the reservation.
  2. Bookings can be made online, over the phone, or in person at our facilities.

Customer Cancellation

  1. Cancellations with a full refund are accepted if made at least 15 days in advance of the scheduled pickup time.
  2. Cancellations made within the 15 days prior to the scheduled pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.

Reservation Modifications

  1. Customers can request modifications to the scheduled pickup dates and times based on availability
  2. Modifications are subject to approval from Enjoy Bike Garage.

Cancellation by Enjoy Bike Garage

  1. In exceptional cases, Enjoy Bike Garage reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
  2. In the event of cancellation by Enjoy Bike Garage, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the reservation.

No Show

  1. Customers who fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.


  1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receiving the cancellation request.
  2. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the payment method used for the reservation.
